Florence Viola Anderson was born on March 6, 1910 at Warren, MN. She passed away at the Warren Community Hospital on December 29, 1988, at the age of 78 years, 9 months, and 23 days. She was a life long resident of the Warren community.
On June 28, 1939, she was united in marriage to Ernest Anderson at Warren, MN. They farmed near Warren.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Warren American Legion Auxiliary and the McCrea Jolly Homemakers Club.
Left to mourn her passing is one son, Gary, of Warren. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Brian, Scott, and Laura of Warren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Ole and Christine Bodell; her husband Ernest, who died on February 11, 1966; twin daughters; four brothers, Gust, Gunner, Art and Ole Bodel; and three sisters, Ada Baesman, Ruth Malek, and Emma Bodell.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 2, 1989 at 2:00 PM at First Lutheran Church at Warren, MN with Rev. Richard Luedtke officiating, organist was Mrs. Ricahrd Karr and Mrs Mary Jadeke was the soloist.
Honorary pallbearers were members of the McCrea Jolly Homemakers Club. Active pallbearers were Marvin Bodell, Ronald Bodell, John Bodell, Curtis Anderson, Paul Meyer, and Kendall McGlynn.
