Margaret “Marge” Flicek, 88, of Warren, MN, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren.
Margaret M. Meyer was born on January 24, 1926 in Warren, the daughter of Edward and Louis (Johannes) Meyer. She was raised in Warren where she graduated from high school. After high school, Margaret moved to Minneapolis, MN where she attended business college and worked for Toro from 1946 – 1989. Margaret married Henry Flicek. In 2004, Margaret returned to Warren to be closer to family.
She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing cards, especially cribbage and solitaire.
Left to mourn her passing are sister, Elli Lucian of Seattle, WA; brother, Paul Meyer of Warren, MN; brother-in-law, Dale Zutz of Warren, MN; nieces and nephews, Ron Zutz, Deb (John) Copp, Loren (Deb) Zutz, Sherry (Dan) Harrington, Pat (Dennis) Dever and Patty (Josh) Bjorneby; several great-nieces and nephews; and family-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Henry, sister, Betty Zutz; brother-in-law, Robert Lucian, great-nephew, Jeffrey Zutz and nephew, Chris Lucian.
