Bruce Leslie Hagen was born April 28, 1953, at Thief River Falls, MN, the son of Ralph and Ione (Peterson) Hagen. He was baptized at Seventh Day Adventist Church. He grew up and attended Middle River Seventh Day Adventist School and graduated Middle River High School in 1971.
Bruce drove truck for several people in the surrounding area before moving to Missoula, MT. He drove for Palmers Trucking out of Missoula for several years and also Vail Northwest out of Eugene, OR.
He liked to hunt, boat, read, watch movies and fly. He enjoyed talking to friends and family on his cell phone. He especially liked dogs and traveling with his Jack Russell Terrier named Nik.
Survived by mother, Ione Aune, Grygla, MN; brothers and sisters, Emily (Loren) Dunston, Lathrop, CA, Keith (Shirley) Hagen, Gatzke, MN, Elizabeth (Charles) Eberbach, Rosemount, MN, Laurel (Roger) Cox, Colville, WA, Ramon (fiancÃ©, Shari) Hagen, Everson, WA, Irvin (Jane) Hagen, Proctor, MN, Glenda (Dale) Redinger, Thief River Falls, MN and Jennifer (Gary) Wendlandt, Woodbury, MN; 21 nieces and nephews; 14 great nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles, Grace Seilstad, Dutton, MT, Orrin (Sylvia) Hagen, California, Alice Knutson, Shakopee, MN, Grace (Glenn) Lunsetter, Gatzke, MN and Dorothy Peterson, Middle River, MN; many step-brothers and step-sisters in the Aune family; many cousins and friends as well as his co-workers at Vail.
Preceded in death by father, Ralph and step-father, Olaf Aune.
