Good Woman Passes Away
Mrs. Hannah M. Lindamood died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. G. Hamrick, in Polk county, Minn., on Sept. 8, 1915, aged 67 years, 6 months and 7 days. Her health has been poor for a number of years but was taken very sick on Sept. 6th.
Deceased was born near Mt. Jackson, Shenandoah county, Virginia, on March 1, 1848. She was the youngest of 12 children, all of whom lived to maturity, she being the last to pass to her heavenly home. On Dec. 25, 1867, at Woodstock, Va., she was married to her husband Henry H. Lindamood, who survives her. The family has lived in Virginia, Illinois, and during the past two years in Minnesota.
Mrs. Lindamood is mourned by her husband and also by the following children and suriving relatives: Mrs. W. H. Hamrick, Polk Co., Minn., F.L. Lindamood, Marshall Co., Minn., Mrs. O. H. Eheart, North Dakota, W. H. Lindamood, Mt. Hope, W. Va., Chas. Lindamood, Mrs. Henry Jordan and Mrs. Edward Evans in Virginia.
The funeral was held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hamrick, in Polk county, on Sunday, Sept. 12, 1915, and was conducted by Rev. L. W. Bartholow, pastor of the M. E. church in Warren. Interment was made in the Warren cemetery. All the children except the three living in Virginia were present at the funeral. The hartfelt[sic] symapathy[sic] of the community is extended to all who mourn the loss of a good, loving wife and mother.
