Clifford McGregor, 86, of Radium, MN, passed away on Thursday evening, March 5, 2015 at Karlstad Healthcare Center in Karlstad, MN.
Clifford Frank McGregor was born on March 30, 1928 at Radium, the son of Joseph and Frieda (Knoll) McGregor. He was life time resident of the Radium community where he attended country school. Clifford also attended Crookston AC. He was in the US Army from 1952 – 1954. After his discharge, he returned to Radium where he farmed. Clifford married Ruth Hesse and they made their home in Radium. Clifford was life long farmer who was still actively engaged in farming up until his death.
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and a former board member of Comstock Township board.
Clifford enjoyed being outdoors. He loved to hunt, sight his rifles in and drive around and check the crops and livestock.
Left to mourn his passing are his three sons, Steve McGregor of Grand Forks, ND, Richard McGregor of Newfolden, MN and Clyde McGregor of Radium, MN; grandson, Jason (Ashley) McGregor; granddaughter, Arrie (Kyle) Klasen; great-grandchildren, Adley and Ireland; sister, Janet Zutz of Stephen, MN; brother, Earl (Toby) McGregor of Radium, MN and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
