Clyde Munger passed away on Monday, December 22, 2003 at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren, Minnesota at the age of 85.
Clyde Merritt Munger was born February 14, 1918 in Boxville Township, Marshall County, Minnesota (rural Warren), the son of M.W. and Anna (Hubbard) Munger. He attended country school. Clyde was a life long farmer and he bought his farm where his son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Judy, currently live shortly before he was married. On June 9, 1955, he was united in marriage to Florence Eckdahl in Adams, North Dakota. They made their home in Boxville Township where they farmed. Florence died on April 23, 1994. On September 29, 1998, he moved to the Good Samaritan Center.
He was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and the RRV Sugar Beet Association.
Clyde enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Left to mourn his passing are his two sons and daughters-in-law; Tim and Judy Munger and Matthew and Myrna Munger, all of Warren, MN. Also surviving are three nephews and one niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two sisters, Hazel and Merece and two brothers, Lee and Kelsey.
