Ora “Pinky” Pinkerton, 96, Warren, MN, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2006 at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren.
Ora Pinkerton was born on November 21, 1909 in Langdon, ND, the daughter of John and Margaret (Murray) Thom. She spent her early years in the Langdon area. She married James Pinkerton in Langdon in 1927. They lived in Wales, ND until moving to Warren in 1940. They farmed for a living and Pinky worked at the Warren Hospital as a nurses aide for several years.
Lleft to mourn her passing are a daughter and three sons; Frances Fanfulik of Angus, MN, Thomas (Judy) Pinkerton of Roseau, MN, Richard (Marion) Pinkerton of St. Louis Park, MN and James (JoAnn) Pinkerton of Blaine, Minnesota, fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughters Carol Ann, Jacqueline and Margerat Bergman and two brother and three sisters.
