Harry Przybylski, 77, died Tuesday, July 11, 2000 at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren.
Funeral mass was held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 17 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Warren with Rev. Larry Wieseler officiating. Marlys Giebel was the lector. Darlyne Votava was the organist, and special music was provided by Frank and Bernadette Borowicz. Casketbearers were Dennis Kostrzewski, Robert Kostrzewski, Ronnie Ellefson, Zackery Przybylski, Mitchell Przybylski and Tim Przybylski. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in Warren with the Quanrud-DuBore Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Harry Przybylski was born on July 28, 1922 in Florian, the son of Martin and Josephine (Banaszewski) Przybylski. He spent his early years in the Florian area.
On October 4, 1947, he was united in marriage to Florence Jorgenson, and they made their home in Warren. Harry was a truck driver for Fillipi Truck Lines and later worked at Arctic Cat. Harry retired in 1979, and he and Florence moved to Thief River Falls in 1984.
He enjoyed gardening and fishing.
Harry is survived by his wife, Florence; six daughters, Jewel (August) Kostrzewski of Argyle, Christine (William) Hickey of Margate, Fla., Sheryl (special friend Jim) Bergeron of Goodridge, Debra (Julian) Kostrzewski of Argyle, Celeste (Gary) Sherlock of Manvel, N.D. and Romona (Michael) Schmidt of Alexandria; five sons, Harry Jr. (Betty) of Goodridge, Roger of Warren, Gail (Teresa) of Wesly Chapel, Fla., Mark (Brenda) of Warren, and Terry (Patricia) of Florian; 37 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one sister, Rufina Keegan of Grand Forks, N.D.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, David; two granddaughters, Tiffany and Kristen; three brothers, John, Peter and Raymond; and two sisters, Margaret and Theresa.
