Mrs. Anna Rodahl, a resident of Thief River Falls for the past nine years, passed away Sunday morning at the age of 76 years. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Robert Abbott in the Assemblies of God Tabernacle at two o’clock Thursday afternoon, March 5, and burial will be made at Holt.
Mrs. Rodahl was born March 5, 1876, in Mora, Sweden, and grew to womanhood there. In December, 1898, she married Carl L. Anderson and they came to the United States five years later. They homesteaded in East Valley township, Marshall county, on the farm which had been the home of the deceased until nine years ago when she moved to this city. Mr. Anderson died in 1916 and in 1924 she married Anton Rodahl.
She is survived by the following children: Mrs Paul Schenke and Mrs. Hilmer Lunke of Thief River Falls, Carl Anderson of Minneapolis, Levin Anderson of St. Paul, Ragnar Anderson of Hibbing, and Edwin Anderson of Thief River Falls. Other survivors are two brothers, Lars and Per Halvorson, in Sweden, 21 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
