EVEN J. SENUM
Even J. Senum died January 30 at the home of his son, Gunder Senum, in Agder township. Funeral rites were held Monday from Bethlehem church, Rev. Ostby officiating, and interment was made in the church cemetery.
Mr. Senum was born December 24, 1858, in Norway. He was 80 years of age at the time of his death. He came to America in 1886 and settled at Fosston, where he was engaged in farming until 1911. At that time, he moved with his family to Agder township, where he has since made his home, living with his son, Gunder.
The surviving family includes four sons, Ole of Minneapolis, Tom of Pontiac, Mich., George and Gunder, both of Thief River Falls; daughters, Annie and Mrs. Thelma Elsdon of San Francisco, Calif., and Mrs. Sam Groven of Thief River Falls. One sister, Mrs. Gunder Sorenson of Fisher, 25 grandchildren, and three great-grandsons also survive. His wife, three sons, two daughters, and two brothers are dead.
